About Me

I’m a seasoned sourcing strategist with over 11 years of experience across RPO, corporate, and agency environments. I’ve helped companies in industries like banking, manufacturing, veterinary, dairy, tech, and pharma find the right people faster.

I’ve spoken at industry-leading events including Sourcing Summit, SourceCon, Evry1, HRTX, and ATAP’s Global TA Day. I’m a three-time Dueling Sourcer, an ERE panelist, podcast guest, and regular contributor to publications like SourceCon.

On LinkedIn, I share practical advice for both job seekers and TA pros—and I’m now bringing that insight to my newsletter for easier access and long-term value.

I started Jobuscar because I’ve seen firsthand how hard it can be to find a job—or the right person for one. My goal is to bridge that gap and make the process less painful for both sides.

With nearly 30,000 LinkedIn connections and a deep network across industries, I use my reach to help people and teams connect with the right opportunities, faster.

Outside of work, I enjoy writing movies, short stories, and music—and spending time with my partner, our sons, and our two dogs.

Jobuscar (pronounced Job-Boo-Scar) is a Spanglish blend of the English word “Job” and the Spanish word “Buscar,” meaning “to search.”

I’ve always loved playing with language. After five years of Spanish in high school and close friendships with Spanish-speaking friends in college, I started to fall in love with Spanglish. My first name idea for this company was actually “Trabajoba.” Eventually, I landed on Jobuscar—a name that captures both the job hunt and the joy of the search.
